Box does not appear yellowed, discolored, or otherwise damaged. The bottom left corner where it says '4 channel sound' shows wear and the plastic is torn slightly. All corners and edges show minor wear. New and sealed CompUSA ESS Allegro ES1989 4 Channel PCI Sound Card.

It should work but I must point out this is not in any way tested because its sealed. There is a small bend along the top edge. The sides bow slightly.
